01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Garuda303 platform, including the website, mobile application, casino games, Sports Betting, and all related services offered by Garuda303.

By accessing or using the Garuda303 platform, you acknowledge that:

03 Account Registration & Player Responsibilities

Registering for a garuda303 account is a quick and straightforward process, but it comes with certain responsibilities that every player must uphold.

3.1 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide the following: your full name as stated on your identification card, an active mobile number, a valid email address, and a secure password. Garuda303 reserves the right to request additional verification documents, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer).

3.2 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Garuda303 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and not sharing it with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Information Updates

If your account details change — such as your phone number or email address — you are required to update this information on the Garuda303 platform as soon as possible. Failure to do so may affect your access to your account and your ability to receive important communications.

• Daily Withdrawal Limit: RM 50,000 for standard accounts; RM 100,000 for VIP accounts.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Processing Time: Malaysian eWallet (15–30 minutes); FPX bank transfer (2–4 business hours).

6.1 Wagering Requirement

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a RM 100 welcome bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM 2,500 in bets before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Garuda303 strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus conditions, and using automated software to meet wagering requirements. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any unused bonuses or unmet wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.

07 General Casino Game Rules

All casino games on the Garuda303 platform — including slots, baccarat, Roulette, blackjack, poker, and Live Casino — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by an accredited third-party testing body. All results are final.
• Any technical malfunction or disruption during an active game may result in the cancellation of the affected round. Garuda303 will refund the original wager to the player in such cases.

8.2 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

If a football match or other sporting event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, all bets on that match will be fully refunded to players. If the match resumes and is completed within that period, all bets remain valid.

8.3 In-Play Betting

12 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

13 Account Termination & Restrictions
